Shipping and Return Policy
Shipped normally with USPS and normally received 7-10 days from order placement. Faster UPS shipment is available for customer desirous of quicker shipment. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your address and desired shipping method.
Claims for damaged or malfunctioning Products:
Send us an email at email@example.com with a photograph of the damaged box and we will send you a call tag for this return and send you a replacement as soon as your damaged item is shipped back to us.
Returns for any other reasons requires an RGA number provided by customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting authorization to return item. Such request needs to be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping cost to be paid by customer and item needs to be return in its original box including accessories in good working order in their original form. You must always use a trackable shipping service to ensure that we are able to track its return to us. Once received back in its original condition, we will credit back your purchase on your original card with 2 days of receipt.
